Sandra Michelsen has been a familiar face at Roseland Free Public Library since 2011. She currently lives in Wayne, NJ with her husband, Eric two sons, Devin and Anthony and Yorkshire Terrier, Chewbacca. Sandra has worn many different hats since her time began here, from teaching technology classes, working at the circulation desk, hosting guided meditation classes, and is currently the Cataloging Specialist and Health and Wellness Coordinator. Her true passion is being able to connect with the Roseland community and introduce different modalities of self care and tools for living a healthy lifestyle. Although certified as a Mindfulness Instructor and in Energy Medicine, she considers herself a forever student and expends most of her time keeping up with the latest trends in the field and networking with wellness specialists in the mind, body and spirit trifecta. With an insatiable thirst for the most current information from accredited authors and instructors Sandra strives to share pertinent data that she collects and make it easily accessible to those interested in improving their well being. With the utmost optimism, she invites you to learn more about her personal wellness journey and how she transformed her life by making healthy choices daily. Personal Health and Fitness Journey of Scott Bergenfeld
Scott is a life-long New Jersey resident who currently lives in Roseland with his wife, Amanda, son, Joshua, and soft-coated wheaten Terrier, Igor. Scott has trekked to beautiful locations throughout the world to hike, take pictures, and of course eat! He will share some of his favorite journey’s with everyone is his blog. Currently, Scott works at the Roseland Public Library focusing on technology but you can see always see him with the jogging stroller around town, or trail running in South Mountain Reservation. In his blog he will focus on his personal transformation of losing over 100 pounds, ways to stay motivated during these challenging times, and of course the most important thing for everyone, FOOD!
